You might be wondering…

What can I expect at church?

Grab a parking spot off McBryde Crescent  – look out for the orange signs – and come on in! Once in the church foyer, you can head into the auditorium and find a seat. We suggest arriving 5 minutes before the service start time. Then take in a 60-minute service that includes worship and the Christmas message.

What time should I arrive?

It’s always best to arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to find a seat and settle in. At our 4pm service there will be a nativity dress up for all kids so come with plenty of time to dress up and take some cute photos!

Will there be a kids program?

Our 4pm service is aimed towards the whole family with the kids running the show during the nativity play.

During the 9:30am service on Christmas Day there will be activites for the kids to participate in outside. The team of dedicated kids program leaders all have Working With Vulnerable People cards and do regular training on how to keep children safe.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable! Maybe you’re in a shorts and t-shirt kind of mood, or maybe you just scored a great deal on the perfect Christmas attire. Whether you want to go casual or dress it up a bit, your style will fit right in.

Do I have to participate in everything?

You are not obligated to participate in everything during the service. If you are not comfortable singing, you can simply listen. You are also welcome to stand or sit during the prayers and songs.

What if I don't know anyone?

Don’t worry if you don’t know anyone at the church. Most people are friendly and welcoming to newcomers. You can introduce yourself to the people around you or simply sit quietly and observe.

Will I be pressured to join the Church?

No, you will not be pressured to join the church. Attending a Christmas service is a great way to learn more about the Christian faith, but there is no obligation to keep attending.

Who can I contact if I still have questions?

We would love to help, you can either email the office or call us on 6231 7347. If you have any other questions on the day, you can ask a church welcomer, minister or the person you came with. They will be happy to help you.

Jesus our hope

She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.
